It's August. The travel trailer begins to shrink and so begins the search for larger living quarters. That's right folks, somewhere, far away in the middle of the cornfield is not the field of dreams but the fifth wheel of dreams. Until then, we must turn side-ways as we pass each other in the hall or bathroom and jump across the bed to find that lost shoe in the crevice beside the wall. The Master begins work at the Byron Nuclear Facility in a couple of weeks and we will be moving to the next campground which will hopefully have much better water than the rusty, sulphur infested water supply of the current location. My hair and teeth are now orange along with the bathroom sink.
Our destination has been altered after our stay in Illinois, so the road will take us to Beaver Valley, Pennsylvania...only a short drive to Pittsburgh and the beautiful mountains of western Pennsylvania. Rumor has it we may be heading to Waterford, Louisiana, west of New Orleans, once the Master completes the PA nuclear job so hopefully we'll be in a snowbird state for the winter.
More news from the cornfront as it happens!
Heehaw!
