Changeling

Time rolls on and we're almost to Valentine's day. Taking advantage of our free time, the boss and I finally made the short drive up to Colorado Springs today. We visited the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and made an updated photo of the same shot taken of the boss ten years earlier as a high school sophomore.

The boss tried his best to remember his way around town...and with a few u-turns we finally found the museum. After the pictures and rodeo memorabilia, we decided to grab a bite downtown. We stumbled upon the Edelweiss Restaurant and the boss fell in love all over again with his native palate. Try the veal weinerschnitzel with homemade German salads and sauerkraut...with a tall glass of Hefe-Weizen, if you're man enough.
