Highwaywoman

And yes, we are about to embark apon yet another road trip to add to the countless hours we have already spent on the highway. We will label this venture Operation Clint Eastwood Chevelle and call it a day.

Have a look at the proposed travel route--looks like another long ride to Oklahoma City.
But we ask ourselves, just what is there to do in Iowa?

Yes, my friends and readers, I said Iowa. The great state of Iowa. The beautiful and vast "Hawkeye" state. Along with its rich agricultural tradition (ranking first in the nation with corn and soybean production as well as in hog production from its 93,000 farms), Iowa boasts its claim to fame as home to many famous individuals such as Herbert Hoover, John Wayne, Glenn Miller and Grant Wood.

I know you're thinking, "She can't visit Iowa without seeing the bridges for goodness sake!" And yes friends, you are right! Right-o! We will visit all those bridges and attempt to bring you the very best in amateur travel photography when we return.

We'll see what the powerball has in store for us as well. More updates after the journey!

TTFN!
